About Tree's certified arborists will provide a free on-site evaluation, checking everything from tree health and canopy height to fire dangers and potential threats. We take pride in providing our clients with quality service, fair pricing and excellent arborist practices.

Nicole Salsedo - Chico Corporate Office
Nicole has been with Firestorm and About Trees for over 12 years. She is a Chico native and has been working in the Accounting and Customer Service industry since 2002. She enjoys the fast-paced work environment that About Trees offers and enjoys working closely with customers to ensure they have a great experience with the About Trees crews. Client satisfaction is her top priority and she will do what it takes to make sure that is achieved with each project.
Nicole is married with 2 grown sons and a spoiled dog. In her free time she enjoys hiking in Bidwell Park, doing puzzles, playing games, and spending time with her family and friends.
Randy LaPrelle - Redding Area
Randy enjoys meeting new people and spends much of his day doing just that as our Estimator at About Trees. He began his career in the tree industry in 2004. Randy has years of experience climbing trees and working aloft out of bucket trucks. He’s done everything from utilizing cranes to remove hazard trees to detailing ornamental trees and everything in between. His vast knowledge and love for trees is evident to everyone he meets.
Randy grew up in Mt. Shasta before moving down to Redding in 2000. He enjoys spending time with his family, being active in his church, and on fitness.
Sean Munson - Shasta Area
Sean is the Operations Manager and Certified Arborist in the Shasta County area. He has been in vegetation management since graduating from Humboldt State University in 2003 and has devoted his past 4 years to the tree care industry. His passion for arboriculture stems from his love of the outdoors. He feels About Trees gives him the opportunity to educate homeowners and the community about the importance of trees to the environment. Sean is committed to making sure safety is the up most importance for his crews and customers.
In his free time, he enjoys fishing, hunting, and camping with his family.
