Nicole Salsedo - Chico Corporate Office
Nicole has been with Firestorm and About Trees for over 12 years. She is a Chico native and has been working in the Accounting and Customer Service industry since 2002. She enjoys the fast-paced work environment that About Trees offers and enjoys working closely with customers to ensure they have a great experience with the About Trees crews. Client satisfaction is her top priority and she will do what it takes to make sure that is achieved with each project.
Nicole is married with 2 grown sons and a spoiled dog. In her free time she enjoys hiking in Bidwell Park, doing puzzles, playing games, and spending time with her family and friends.
Randy Hardwick - Redding Area
Randy Hardwick is a seasoned tree service professional with more than 28 years of experience. He developed his passion for tree work early on, learning the trade from his father. As the Estimator / Operations Manager for About Trees, he continues to advance in the tree industry he loves, with a pride in customer service and high-quality tree care.
Outside of work, Randy is married, the proud father of five and grandfather of eight. He enjoys riding dirt bikes and Harleys, traveling, skydiving, and spending time with his two Great Pyrenees.
Lindsey Townsell - Chico Corporate Office
Lindsey has been a valued member of the About Trees team for over three years. Born and raised in Chico, she brings deep local roots and nearly two decades of customer service experience, having worked in the industry since 2006. Lindsey enjoys building genuine relationships with both new and returning customers and takes pride in providing friendly, reliable support.
Outside of work, she loves baking sourdough and sweet treats, spoiling her dog and two cats, and spending quality time with her family.
Alex Altamirano - Chico Area
Alex handles all aspects of our operations, from providing estimates to managing crews, with remarkable ease. With over 25 years of experience in the tree care industry, Alex enthusiastically shares his knowledge and expertise with our clients and crew members. About Trees is fortunate to have had Alex on our team for over 13 years!
In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family, playing soccer, and relaxing.
